We were tasked with producing a Freeholder Pack and Listed Building Consent and Planning Application for a residence on Holland Park. Neighbouring properties had sought planning permission for similar works and were refused by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We analysed where their respective planning applications were either lacking in detail and information, or their technical drawings and supporting documentation were not prepared to the requisite standards. We subsequently won Listed Building Consent and planning permission on the first attempt for our clients and the Freeholder.
Works encompassed mechanical and engineering plans and demonstrated that the proposed harm to the building was less than significant leading to a successful outcome.
