A dynamic project with multiple stakeholders and tenants in-situ, multiple TPO’s, Conservation Area, Listed Building constraints and more meant that it was imperative to streamline coordination of the various consultants to ensure communication channels remained open, were used efficiently and resulted in precise document production. This enabled a swift project turnaround simultaneously to evolving site challenges on a 1-acre Prime Central London plot containing multiple listed buildings.
