The prime central London property is located minutes away from Paddington, Hyde Park and Notting Hill. Our design delivered an ultra-contemporary, comfortable and practical property which allowed the owner to go to market with a 107% increase in achievable sales value. Tactile materials and finishes which are pleasing to the eye, a luxurious kitchen and acoustic properties throughout transformed the property. We also rebuilt the property completely allowing the space to be used far more intelligently, an essential requirement in one of London’s prime neighbourhoods. This helped boost the habitable space and storage space by about 25% even though the GEA remained at the same level.
