This is effecting our current timelines and schedules as negotiations are slower than they would typically be. We are working with dozens of authorities and these delays are being experienced almost across the board. We continue to chase authorities on your behalf but must strike a balance between maintaining a positive relationship with the local authority and ensuring planning applications are determined in as timely manner possible.
