Cohanim Architecture are pleased to be acting as lead Architects for a high-end new restaurant headed by an acclaimed British chef. The restaurant will reside in a listed building between Regent Street, Hanover Square and Oxford Circus, within the Mayfair Conservation Area. The block currently contains the United Kingdoms flagship Apple store and Oxford Circus forms the other side running adjacent. Coming 2018.

Cohanim Architecture are pleased to be acting as architects for a small but important intervention in St Pauls & St Peter's Church, Stokenchurch. This is a beautiful grade II* listed building and an important asset to the local community. Our intervention will ensure that the ancient porchway is brought into modernity through the provision of modern glass doors, artistry and various other elements - our design will help to increase visitor numbers, improve accessibility and further futureproof this church.

Cohanim Architecture is pleased to announce that we will be acting as lead architects, and masterplanners for a £15m+ 2-acre residential scheme in Buckinghamshire. The site is located in a sensitive locale, yet bordered on all four sides by 30m treelines, and commercial premise, along with a London Underground railway line passing alongside it. Our early concepts indicate a site-density of circa sixty homes, a new public space, waterside living and the provision of an important new neighbourhood within walking distance of a London Underground station, schools and a town centre. The final schemes design will have evolved from a combination of great architecture and town planning, regulations and criteria such as the Adopted Local Plan, Emerging Chiltern & South Bucks Local Plan and PPS15, among others. We look forward to carrying out extensive consultation with the council, parish council and neighbourhood at key stages during the project. Appointment as Masterplanners for 2 acre site in Buckinghamshire.

Cohanim Architecture hs been tasked with detailing and scheduling the full renovation project at the Grade II listed church of St Botolph in Bradenham, Buckinghamshire. The brief encompasses broad repairs to stone masonry dating to the 12th century. Working with expert stonemasons and sensitive restoration experts, we aim to add a new lease of life to this wonderful church. This work will be carried out at the same time as the reordering proposal which we received planning permission for in 2016 and is currently proceeding to Faculty.

We are pleased to announce that Cohanim Architecture has been awarded the "&BUILD Excellence in Religious Architecture" award for new ecclesiastical architecture in the South East. Attributed to our extension project which is the first time the church will have been extended in over 250 years, our ongoing renovation work, and the detailed Quinquennial Inspection written by our director for the Grade 1 listed St Lawrence Church in West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Filming for a primetime Channel 4 architecture programme presented by a well known TV personality has just begun. The stunning contemporary property we designed, in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, will be under construction for the next 8-10 months and our clients are hugely excited as they now watch their dream home become a reality.
