Cohanim Architecture is pleased to announce that we will be acting as lead architects, and masterplanners for a £15m+ 2-acre residential scheme in Buckinghamshire.
The site is located in a sensitive locale, yet bordered on all four sides by 30m treelines, and commercial premise, along with a London Underground railway line passing alongside it.
Our early concepts indicate a site-density of circa sixty homes, a new public space, waterside living and the provision of an important new neighbourhood within walking distance of a London Underground station, schools and a town centre.
The final schemes design will have evolved from a combination of great architecture and town planning, regulations and criteria such as the Adopted Local Plan, Emerging Chiltern & South Bucks Local Plan and PPS15, among others. We look forward to carrying out extensive consultation with the council, parish council and neighbourhood at key stages during the project.
For press queries relating to the scheme, please forward to info@cohanimarchitecture.com.
More information will be released over the coming year.

A supplier of traditional clay tiles phoned us recently and mentioned that he had just supplied an order of clay tiles for a church roof for a project which an architect had finally won planning permission for after - wait for it - 16 years.
By this measure, as Church Architects in the Diocese of Oxford, we have completed this project with extraordinary speed, this is no doubt due to the teams unwavering dedication to the project, and fantastic assistance we received from the church stewards, officers and congregation.
Congratulations to everyone involved.
