The property comprises a detached plot just off the busy commercial High Street in North Finchley. Most of our projects start with the client from concept stage, however we were brought in on this project after a previous architectural practice failed to produce work of a suitable standard for the local authority - in this case Barnet Council. Our scope extends to reworking the project from planning level stage and up to and beyond local authority submission.
