We successfully fought the case for our client and demonstrated both initially to enforcement and then to a legal team when additional adjudication was threatened against our neighbour and ensured the build could be amended succesfully. Additionally we secured consent for a dormer to ensure a third-habitable floor could be constructed both increasing GDV and amenity.
