We are delighted to have been appointed as lead architects for a mixed-use regeneration scheme for a quarter in central Maidenhead. The current site comprises approximately 8 retail units, 6 residential apartments and large open plan offices over 4-5 storeys. Our scheme will likely propose to increase the density of the site through reconfiguration of the current poorly configured typology and add a further 7 storeys above the additional parade to enhance the amenity for residents, occupiers and future occupants as well as neighbours. The street scene will be reconfigured to ensure the retail units are able to attract prime tenants which will further assist with the fast regeneration of Maidenhead.
